22nd Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 14 November, the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending debated the Rulebook amending and modifying the Rulebook on Internal Organisation and Job Systematisation at the Fiscal Council.
Vladimir Vuckovic, member of the Fiscal Council, said that the amendments and modifications to the Rulebook concern a precomposition of posts without an increase in posts which will have no effect on the budget. Following a short debate, the Committee members adopted a Decision Granting Consent to the Rulebook amending and modifying the Rulebook on Internal Organisation and Job Systematisation at the Fiscal Council.
At the sitting, the Committee also considered the Fiscal Council 2011 Activity Report which Vuckovic briefly explained to the Committee members. Following a short debate the Committee adopted a Conclusion on the adoption of the Fiscal Council 2011 Activity Report.
The Committee members went on to consider the Proposal of amendments and modifications to the Fiscal Council 2012 Financial Plan and adopted a Decision Granting Consent to the Proposal of amendments and modifications to the Fiscal Council 2012 Financial Plan, as well as the Fiscal Council 2013 Financial Plan Proposal and adopted a Decision Granting Consent to the Proposal of amendments and modifications to the Fiscal Council 2013 Financial Plan Proposal.
