20th Sitting of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues

At the sitting held on 6 November 2024, the members of the Committee on Administrative, Budgetary, Mandate and Immunity Issues considered the request submitted by the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality to be granted consent for the full-time employment of new staff in the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality Support Service 2024.

The request was presented by the Commissioner for the Protection of Equality Brankica Jankovic, after which the Committee granted consent to it.

The Committee members then considered the request submitted by the Ombudsman to be granted consent for the full-time employment of new staff in the Ombudsman’s Support Service in 2024.

The request was presented by Ombudsman Zoran Pasalic, after which the Committee granted consent to it.

In the course of the sitting, the Committee also reviewed and gave a positive opinion to the request submitted by Prof. Dr Aca Markovic, member of the Council of the Republic of Serbia Energy Agency, to assume another public post.

The Committee members also reviewed and gave a positive opinion to the request submitted by MP Miroslav Petrasinovic, to assume another public post.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Milenko Jovanov, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Jelena Milosevic, Djordje Komlenski, Goran Milic, Srdjan Milivojevic, Stefan Janjic, Nenad Krstic, Zoran Stojanovic, Branimir Jovanovic, Dane Stanojcic, Olja Petrovic, Snezana Jovanovic, Prof. Dr Miloljub Albijanic, Snezana Paunovic, Branko Lukic and Stefan Kitanovic.
