17th Sitting of the Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Committee
At the sitting held on 28 August 2017, the members of the Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Committee reviewed the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Agricultural Land in detail.
Out of the 47 amendments submitted to the Bill the Committee accepted two, to articles 3 and 4, submitted by MP Marijan Risticevic, while the rest were not accepted.
The Committee also reviewed three amendments to the Bill to which the Government gave no opinion on due to technical flaws.
The Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Committee also submitted an amendment of its own to Article 3, paragraph 6 to adjust it to the text of the Bill, which the Committee members accepted by majority vote.
The sitting was attended by Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Branislav Nedimovic and Chief-of-Staff Marko Saranovac.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Marijan Risticevic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Marjana Maras, Vladimir Djuric, Olena Papuga, Marko Gavrilovic, Radovan Jancic, Prof. Dr Miladin Sevarlic, Dalibor Radicevic, Tijana Davidovac, Olivera Ognjanovic, Arpad Fremond, Marko Zeljug and Jasmina Obradovic.
