16th Sitting of the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications
At the sitting held on 4 December, the Committee on Spatial Planning, Transport, Infrastructure and Telecommunications reviewed, in principle, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction, submitted by the Government.
The sitting was attended by Aleksandra Damjanovic, representative of the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure, who presented the key changes introduced by the amendments and modifications.
Following a discussion, by majority vote, the Committee members decided to accept the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Planning and Construction, in principle.
