15th Sitting of the Environmental Protection Committee

At the sitting held on 5 October 2018, the members of the Environmental Protection Committee reviewed the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Environmental Protection.

Out of the 402 amendments submitted to the Bill, 24 were submitted to the name of the Bill, 117 to Article 1, 126 to Article 2, 126 to Article 3 and eight to Article 4 of the Bill.

Of the 402 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Environmental Protection, the Committee and the Government accepted three.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Ivana Stojiljkovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Ivana Nikolic, Josip Broz, Gordana Comic, Milena Turk, Radoslav Cokic, Jasmina Karanac, Dr Desanka Repac, Dragan Jovanovic, Nada Lazic, Prof. Dr Snezana Bogosavljevic Boskovic and Ana Carapic, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
