Delegation in the Parliamentary Assembly of Black Sea Economic Cooperation
The Assembly assists with economic, trade, political, and social cooperation among the countries through the adoption of acts that provide legal grounds for cooperation at the Ministerial level. Its goal is to protect parliamentary democracy; it cooperates with the bodies of Central European Services as well as with regional bodies.
Plenary sessions are convened twice a year in the country of the Chairperson. Between plenary sessions, meetings of working bodies are organized in member states.
Our country has been a full member since 2004.

Latest activities
- The National Assembly standing delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC), headed by MA Igor Becic and comprising delegation members Nevena Djuric and Marina Ragus, took part in the 58th PABSEC General Assembly held online on 22 November 2021. MA Igor Becic was re-elected PABSEC Vice-President for the third time.
- MA Igor Becic, Head of the National Assembly standing delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC), took part in the PABSEC delegation that observed the parliamentary and presidential elections in the Republic of Bulgaria, on 14 November 2021.
- Nevena Djuric, member of the National Assembly standing delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC), took part in the 57th meeting of the PABSEC Cultural, Educational and Social Affairs Committee held in online format on 12 October 2021.
- Marina Ragus, member of the National Assembly standing delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC), took part in the 58th meeting of the PABSEC Legal and Political Affairs Committee held in online format on 4 October 2021.
- Milija Miletic, member of the National Assembly standing delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC), took part in the 57th meeting of the PABSEC Economic, Commercial and Financial Affairs Committee, held online, on 22 September 2021.
- MPs MA Igor Becic, Milija Miletic and Zoltan Pek, took part in the 56th General Assembly of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, headed by held online on 24 November 2020.
- MP MA Igor Becic took part in the 55th General Assembly of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation held via videoconference on 6 August 2020.
