Twenty-Third Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At the sitting held on 8 October, the Legislative Committee discussed and determined as legally possible twenty-one of the twenty-four amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Government.
At the sitting held on 8 October, the Legislative Committee discussed and determined as legally possible twenty-one of the twenty-four amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Government.
All the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Bill on State Administration (five amendments), two of the amendments to the Bill modifying the Law on State Officials and Employees’ Salaries, as well as one of the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Bill on National and other Holidays in the Republic of Serbia were deemed legally possible.
The Committee discussed and deemed legally possible all the amendments submitted to the Bill on the State Seal of the Republic of Serbia (four amendments), nine of the amendments to the Bill on the Seal of State and Other Organs, all the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Insurance Law (17 in total) and three of the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Organisation and Authority of State Organs in the Proceedings for War Crimes.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Vlatko Ratkovic.
