At a short sitting held on 10 October, the Administrative Committee discussed the reason for the end of the mandate and proposed that the National Assembly acknowledges the end of the mandate of the late Member of Parliament Nenad Bogdanovic, elected from the Democratic Party - Boris Tadic electoral list, before the end of his term.

The Administrative Committee approved a document determining the right of one of the Members of Parliament to benefits for living separately from his family and a document determining the right of one of the Members of Parliament to a monthly reimbursement of costs of apartment lease in Belgrade.
