At the sitting held on 26 July 2011, the Privatisation Committee members reviewed and adopted the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Report on the Activities of the Privatisation Agency for June 2011 and the Privatisation Agency’s Work Programme for July 2011.
In the absence of both Committee Chairman and Deputy Chairman the sitting was chaired by National Assembly Deputy Speaker and Privatisation Committee member Nikola Novakovic.
The Committee members also considered the request of the Organised Crime Prosecutor’s Office to submit information on the Committee’s activities and decisions relating to the privatisation of “Telekom Srbija” AD company from Belgrade, after which the following conclusion was adopted to be forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office:
The Privatisation Committee informs the Organised Crime Prosecutor’s Office that, compliant with Article 62, paragraph 3 of the Privatisation Law, the Ministry of Economy and Regional Development had been submitting regular monthly reports on the Privatisation Agency’s activities.
In the period from October 2010 to May 2011, the Committee considered and accepted the following reports:
1. Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Report on the Activities of the Privatisation Agency for October 2010;
2. Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Report on the Activities of the Privatisation Agency for November 2010;
3. Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Report on the Activities of the Privatisation Agency for December 2010;
4. Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Report on the Activities of the Privatisation Agency for January 2011;
5. Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Report on the Activities of the Privatisation Agency for February 2011;
6. Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Report on the Activities of the Privatisation Agency for March 2011;
7. Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Report on the Activities of the Privatisation Agency for April 2011;
8. Ministry of Economy and Regional Development Report on the Activities of the Privatisation Agency for May 2011; and
9. The Privatisation Agency’s Work Programme for 2011.
Said reports and Work Programme state that the Privatisation Agency's Operational-Legal Affairs Sector provided expert support to the Director’s Cabinet and Ministry of Economy and Regional Development i.e. the Working Group in the sale of shares of “Telekom Srbija”.
