Thirty-Sixth Sitting of the Legislative Committee
At its thirty-sixth sitting held on 17 December, the Legislative Committee discussed in detail the Bill on the Budget of the Republic of Serbia for 2008. Out of the 21 amendments that were not discussed at the previous sitting, at this sitting the Committee deemed 19 amendments legally feasible, while two amendments were not in line with the law.

The Committee considered the amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Privatisation. All the submitted amendments, 36 in total, were deemed legally feasible and forwarded to the National Assembly to be adopted.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Vlatko Ratkovic.
