Thirty-Seventh Sitting of the Justice and Administration Committee

At the sitting held on 18 November, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Civil Servants, Bill determining the maximum number of employees in republic administration and Bill on Unified Voters’ List.



At the sitting held on 18 November, the Justice and Administration Committee considered the amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Civil Servants, Bill determining the maximum number of employees in republic administration and Bill on Unified Voters’ List.

The Committee unanimously endorsed all the amendments accepted by the Government. It also submitted two amendments of its own to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Civil Servants and Bill on Unified Voters’ List, which it shall forward to the National Assembly for adoption.

The Committee went on to determine the Proposal for the dismissal of Senad Palamar, Novi Pazar Deputy District Prosecutor, for a criminal offense that makes him unworthy of his office.

The Committee established the Proposal on the termination of office of Obrad Protic, Novi Sad Municipal Public Prosecutor, at personal request.

The Committee also established the Proposal on the termination of judicial office due to mandatory retirement of Ljubica Jeremic, judge of the Constitutional Court of Serbia, Milanka Markovic, judge of Novi Sad District Court, Marija Radonjic, judge of Cacak Municipal Court and Miodrag Sinzar, judge of Bela Crkva Municipal Court.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Bosko Ristic.
