Thirtieth Sitting of the Committee on Justice and Administration
At the sitting held on 26 May, the Committee on Justice and Administration considered the particulars of the Bill Banning Manifestations by Neo-Nazi or Fascist Organisations and Associations and the Display of Neo-Nazi or Fascist Symbols and Paraphernalia, submitted by: Nenad Canak, Bojan Kostres, Radovan Radovanovic, Aleskandra Jerkov and Olena Papuga.
At the sitting held on 26 May, the Committee on Justice and Administration considered the particulars of the Bill Banning Manifestations by Neo-Nazi or Fascist Organisations and Associations and the Display of Neo-Nazi or Fascist Symbols and Paraphernalia, submitted by: Nenad Canak, Bojan Kostres, Radovan Radovanovic, Aleskandra Jerkov and Olena Papuga.
Out of the 23 amendments the deputies had submitted to the Bill, the Committee accepted two.
The Committee submitted ten amendments of its own to the Bill, which were unanimously adopted at the sitting.
On the behalf of the submitters, deputy Radovan Radovanovic participated in the Committee’s work.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Bosko Ristic.
