Thirteenth Sitting of the Committee on Justice and Administration
At the sitting held on 4 December 2008, the Committee on Justice and Administration considered two corrected amendments submitted to the Bill on Court and Public Prosecutors Seats and Districts by deputy Velimir Milentijevic.
At the sitting held on 4 December 2008, the Committee on Justice and Administration considered two corrected amendments submitted to the Bill on Court and Public Prosecutors Seats and Districts by deputy Velimir Milentijevic.
Since the Ministry of Justice had already accepted the corrected amendments, the Committee unanimously ruled to propose that the National Assembly accept them as well.
The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairman, Bosko Ristic.
