The following agenda was set for the Thirteenth Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, by the Chairperson of the National Assembly, Natasa Micic, at the request of a group of 107 Deputies for 10 a.m. on Tuesday 22 July:

1. Proposal for the Election of the War Crimes Prosecutor, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.

Having concluded joint debate on the Proposal, the National Assembly elected Vladimir Vukcevic War Crimes Prosecutor, which marked the end of the agenda of the Thirteenth Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly in 2003.
