Third Sitting of the European Integration Committee

At the sitting held on 14 December 2020, the members of the European Integration Committee considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Prevention of Money laundering and Financing of Terrorism, Bill amending and modifying the Excise Tax Law and the Bill amending and modifying the Value Added Tax Law, submitted by the Government.

Following a debate in which representatives of the Ministry of Finance answered the Committee members’ questions, the Committee adopted all the items on the agenda.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Elvira Kovacs, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Stefan Srbljanovic, Ljiljana Malusic, Enis Imamovic, Dubravka Filipovski, Viktor Jevtovic, Ana Miljanic, Stanislav Janosevic, Dijana Radovic, Dr Muamer Bacevac, Milan Radin, Dusica Stojkovic, Nemanja Joksimovic and Ana Pesic.
