Third Sitting of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government
At the sitting held on 25 July, the members of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government discussed, in detail, the Bill amending the Law on Government and the Bill on Ministries.
Eight amendments had been submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Government. The Committee considered and rejected five of the amendments, while the remaining three amendments, submitted by MP Nenad Konstantinovic, to Articles 1, 2 and 3 of the Bill, would be considered at the next sitting.
Out of all the amendments submitted to the Bill on Ministries, the Committee members accepted four, viz.: the amendment to Article 4 of the Bill, submitted by MP Srdjan Mikovic, amendment to Article 12 of the Bill, submitted by MP Miletic Mihajlovic, amendment to Article 15 of the Bill, submitted by MP Predrag Markovic and the amendment to Article 36 of the Bill, submitted by MP Meho Omerovic. The Committee rejected the remaining amendments.
The sitting was chaired by Petar Petrovic, Committee Chairman.
