Third Sitting of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending
At the sitting held on 7 June 2024, the members of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending considered the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures Activity Report for the period 1 January 2023 – 31 December 2023, presented by Commission President Hana Hukic.
In the course of the debate, the Committee Chairman reprimanded and denied the floor to Committee deputy member Djordje Stankovic.
Following debate, the Committee decided, by majority vote, to forward the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures Activity Report for the period 1 January 2023 – 31 December 2023 to the National Assembly.
The Committee members then went on to consider the 2023 Report on Monitoring Conducted by the Public Procurement Office, presented by Office representative Snezana Leposavic, head of the Group Monitoring the Implementation Public Procurement Rules.
Following debate, the Committee decided, by majority vote, to forward the 2023 Report on Monitoring Conducted by the Public Procurement Office to the National Assembly.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Nikola Lazic, MA Svetlana Milijic, Dr Zivan Bajic, Mgr Akos Ujhelyi, Dragan M.
