Third Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 6 October, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated on the 24 amendments submitted to the Bill amending the Law on Financing Local Self-Governments.
The Committee found all the amendments the MPs had submitted to the Bill to be compliant with the Constitution and the legal system of the Republic of Serbia, except for four amendments to Article 2 which were found not to comply with Article 196 of the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members Vesna Nikolic Vukajlovic, Zoran Krasic, Bojan Torbica, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Petar Petrovic, Dejan Sulkic, Aleksandra Majkic, Miroljub Stankovic, Srbislav Filipovic, Balint Pasztor, Ljupka Mihajlovska and Jasmina Obradovic.
