The Committee members decided to submit a Report to the National Assembly specifying that pursuant to article 88, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Law on Election of MPs resignation is a reason for the termination of an MP’s term of office before the expiry of the term they were elected for, and therefore, the Committee proposed that the National Assembly note the resignation of MP Dr Sulejman Ugljanin.

The Committee then proceeded to review and give a positive opinion to the requests to assume another public office submitted by Marko Jankovic, member of the Republic Electoral Commission, Prof. Dr Dragana Kolaric, member of the Anti-Corruption Agency Board, Nenad Jovanovic, judge of the Misdemeanour Court in Negotin, Djula Ladocki, member of the Republic Electoral Commission, and MP Novica Toncev.

The Committee members also considered the request made by MP Vesna Rakonjac to exercise the right to monthly cost compensation for apartment lease in Belgrade and compensation for living separately from her family and passed the appropriate certificates ascertaining the abovementioned rights. The Committee then established the list for A-I an A-II parking stickers.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic, and attended by Committee members and deputy members Aleksandar Markovic, Petar Petrovic, Momo Colakovic, Branimir Jovanovic, Branka Stevanovic, Stefana Miladinovic, Aleksandra Djurovic, Dusica Stojkovic, Katarina Rakic, Dr Darko Laketic, Milorad Mircic and Veroljub Matic.
