Tenth Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly in 2004 convened
At the request of 84 deputies, the Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Predrag Markovic, convened the Tenth Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly in 2004 for 10 a.
At the request of 84 deputies, the Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Predrag Markovic, convened the Tenth Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly in 2004 for 10 a.m. on Wednesday 18 August.
The agenda of the sitting comprises the Bill Amending and Modifying the Financial Leasing Act, the Bill Amending and Modifying Mortgage Rights on Movable Property Entered into the Register, as well as the Bill Amending and Modifying the Broadcasting Act, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
The deputies will also discuss the election and nomination of the chairman and members of agencies and bodies defined by legislation - the agenda also contains the Proposal of the Decision on the Election of the Chairman and Members of the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Proposal of the Decision on the Nomination of the Chairman and Members of the Sremski Karlovci Reconstruction and Development Board, submitted by the Government of the Republic of Serbia. The final item on the agenda is the Election of Members of the Republic Committee on Monitoring Conflicts of Interest from the List Submitted by the Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts.
