At the constituency offices, the citizens usually complain of social and economic problems most of which have already gone to trial. That is why Law Faculty student Stefan Vukasov’s recommendation that citizens with this type of problem be sent to the Legal Clinic at the Faculty of Law was heartily endorsed by Deputy Speaker Marinkovic.

“The students would be given the chance to add practice to what they have learned, and the citizens would be given free legal advice”, Marinkovic opined.

The students said that being given the opportunity to speak with the citizens who approached Deputy Speaker Marinkovic with their problems is an invaluable experience since lack of practice is a huge problem for students of law.
Law Faculty student Fiona Jelici believes that, on the other hand, the fact that citizens can ask for help to resolve their problems via the constituency offices, is also very important.
