Sixth Sitting of the Foreign Affairs Committee

At the sitting held on 8 December, the members of the Foreign Affairs Committee considered the basis for the conclusion of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the United Nations on United Nations Resident Coordinator Office in the Republic of Serbia and the text of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the United Nations on United Nations Resident Coordinator Office in the Republic of Serbia, for consent for its temporary implementation until coming into force.


The basis for the conclusion of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the United Nations on United Nations Resident Coordinator Office in the Republic of Serbia and the text of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the United Nations on United Nations Resident Coordinator Office in the Republic of Serbia, for consent for its temporary implementation until coming into force, were presented by acting assistant minister of foreign affairs Ambassador Aleksandar Tasic.

The Committee granted unanimous consent to the Government of the Republic of Serbia for temporary implementation of the basis for the conclusion of the Agreement between the and the United Nations on United Nations Resident Coordinator Office in the Republic of Serbia and the text of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the United Nations on United Nations Resident Coordinator Office in the Republic of Serbia, until its coming into force.

The Committee members went on to accept initiatives for a visits and note parliamentary and other contacts realised.

Finally, the Committee also noted the changes in the composition of the parliamentary friendship groups with Austria, Kazakhstan, Belarus, the United States, Hungary, Portugal, Finland, France, the Holy See, Russia, Turkey, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, Greece and Egypt.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Prof. Dr Zarko Obradovic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Ana Karadzic, Luka Kebara, Stefan Srbljanovic, Tihomir Petkovic, Ljiljana Malusic, Elvira Kovacs, Dr Milorad Mijatovic, Dubravka Filipovski, Lav-Grigorije Pajkic, Vesna Rankovic, Dordje Todorovic, Natasa Jovanovic and Dusica Stojkovic.
