At the sitting held on 26 November, the Constitutional Issues Committee considered the amendments submitted to the Bill on Determining the Jurisdiction of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina.

Having discussed the submitted amendments, the Committee members unanimously ruled that the Committee submit a report to the National Assembly proposing that the National Assembly accept the modified amendment to article 2 of the Bill, submitted by a group of 12 deputies of the Liberal Democratic Party Deputy Group, which was accepted by the Government as well. Also, they accepted the proposal that the Committee should propose to the National Assembly to accept the amendment to the title of section 17, thus adding a new article, 65a, after article 65, with modification, submitted by deputy Vlatko Ratkovic.

The Committee unanimously decided to propose that the National Assembly reject the amendments not accepted by the Government.

The sitting was chaired by the Committee Chairperson, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic.
