Sixth Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 20 October, the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues deliberated, in principle, on ten items on the agenda for the Third Sitting of the Second Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2016, viz.:
- Bill amending and modifying the Law the on Navigation and Ports on Inland Waterways, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Air Transport Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Government of the Republic of Korea, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development to Support the General Budget, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Framework Loan Agreement LD 1830 (2014) between the Council of Europe Development Bank and the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Finance Agreement “Apex loan for small and medium enterprises and other priorities III/B” between the Republic of Serbia and the European Investment Bank and the National Bank of Serbia, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Loan Agreement (Modernisation and Optimisation of Public Administration Program) between the Republic of Serbia and the International Reconstruction and Development Bank, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Framework Loan Agreement LD 1768 (2012) between the Council of Europe Development Bank and the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Government;
- Bill on the Confirmation of the Agreement Concerning the Establishment of the Western Balkans Fund, accompanied by the Statute of the Western Balkans Fund, submitted by the Government;
- Proposal of the Decision on the participation of Serbian Army personnel in multinational operations in 2016, submitted by the Government;
- Proposal of the Decision on the Adoption of the Annual Plan for the use of the Serbian Armed Forces and other defence forces in multinational operations in 2016, submitted by the Government.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Djordje Komlenski, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Krsto Janjusevic, Bojan Torbica, Jelena Zaric Kovacevic, Dejan Sulkic, Miroljub Stankovic, Vesna Markovic, Dragan Sormaz, Srbislav Filipovic and Elvira Kovacs.
