The Committee ascertained that the resignations tendered by MPs Goran Knezevic, Milan Krkobabic and Zivko Vrcelj, elected from the Electoral List ALEKSANDAR VUCIC – SERBIA IS WINNING, and Ivica Dacic, Aleksandar Antic and Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic Dejanovic elected from the Electoral List IVICA DACIC – “Socialist Party of Serbia (SPS), United Serbia (JS) – Dragan Markovic Palma”, fall within the situation set out in article 88, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Law on Election of MPs according to which resignation is listed as a reason for the termination of an MP’s term of office before the expiry of the term they were elected for. The Committee members unanimously decided to propose that the National Assembly note the termination of the abovementioned MPs’ term of office.

This enables the election of new MPs via the allocation of terms of office to other candidates on the abovementioned electoral lists.

The Committee then established the list for A-I and A-II parking stickers.
