The following agenda was set for the Sixth Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2005, convened by the Chairman, Predrag Markovic, at the request of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, for Tuesday 21 June:

1. Proposal of the Decision on the Termination of Office of a Justice of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia, proposed by the Justice and Administration Committee;

2. Proposal of the Decision Amending and Modifying the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, proposed by deputy Predrag Markovic;

3. Request of the President of the Republic of Serbia for the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia to Repeat Voting on the Government Bill, in accordance with Article 84, Paragraph 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Serbia.

On the first day of the session, the National Assembly concluded joint discussion on the Proposal of the Decision on the Termination of Office of a Justice of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia and commenced discussing the Proposal of the Decision Amending and Modifying the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in principle.

On the second day of the session (22 June), the deputies concluded discussing the Proposal of the Decision Amending and Modifying the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in principle and in particular.

Having discussed all items from the agenda, when the session resumed, on Voting Day, the National Assembly adopted the Proposal of the Decision on the Termination of Office of a Justice of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Serbia and the Proposal of the Decision Amending and Modifying the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, and voted again to adopt the Government Bill.
