The Committee accepted none of the 14 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Personal Income Tax Law, which were not accepted by the Government either. Out of the 33 amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Republic Administrative Fees, the Committee accepted two amendments which were also accepted by the Government.

At the sitting, the Committee also reviewed and accepted the Activity Report of the Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia on the securities market trends in the Republic of Serbia in 2010, as well as the Financial Report of the Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia for 2010 with the “EuroAudit” d.o.o. Belgrade Independent Auditor’s Report. The Committee also reviewed and accepted the Financial Plan of the Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia for 2011. The reports were presented to the Committee members by Milko Stimac, President of the Securities Commission.
