At the sitting held on 2 March, the Committee on Development and International Economic Relations discussed the Bill on the Confirmation of the Memorandum between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Government of the Republic of Macedonia, Government of the Republic of Serbia, Government of the Republic of Slovenia, Government of the Republic of Croatia and Government of Montenegro regulating the debt of the Republic of Albania under the accounts related to the trade between the Republic of Albania and the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.

The Bill was elaborated by Assistant Minister of Finance Zoran Cirovic. Subsequently, the Committee decided to propose that the National Assembly accept the Bill on the Confirmation of said Memorandum.

The Committee considered the initiative of the Centre for International Cooperation and Development to create a task group at the National Assembly which would draft a strategy of energy security in the Republic of Serbia by 2025 and include Serbia in the elaboration of the European Security Treaty. The initiative was sent to the Committee by National Assembly Speaker Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic, and the Committee decided to appoint deputy Ivan Andric member of said task group.
