Seventh Session of the First Regular Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia
The Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Predrag Markovic, convened the Seventh Session of the First Regular Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2004 for 3.30 p.
The Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Predrag Markovic, convened the Seventh Session of the First Regular Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2004 for 3.30 p.m. on Tuesday 30 March.
The following agenda was adopted for the session:
1. Proposal of the Decision on Initiating Procedure for the Adoption of the New Constitution of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by a group of 213 deputies.
As no deputies had requested to participate in the discussion, the Chairman of the National Assembly concluded joint debate and immediately put the Proposal up for voting.
The National Assembly adopted the Proposal of the Decision on Initiating Procedure for the Adoption of the New Constitution of the Republic of Serbia by a two-thirds majority.
Upon the adoption of the Proposal of the Decision, the Chairman of the National Assembly concluded the Seventh Session of the First Regular Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2004.
