Seventh Public Hearing of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues Held in Kragujevac
The Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues held the seventh public hearing on the topic: “Presentation of the Draft Law amending and modifying the Law on the Unified Electoral Roll, submitted to the Working Group for the Improvement of the Electoral Process on 11 June 2025 by MP Ugljesa Mrdic, member of the Working Group” on 23 June 2025 in Kragujevac City Assembly
- obligation to publish weekly data on the number of voters and changes in the voter register;
- enabling citizens to gain insight into basic data on voters by polling station;
- expanded access to data for members of the Republic Electoral Commission;
- the formation of a new Commission for Audit, Verification and Control of the Accuracy and Updating of the Voter Register, whose members are appointed by the National Assembly.
