At the session, the National Assembly is to discuss the Bill Amending and Modifying the Judges Act, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Public Prosecutor Act, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the High Judicial Council, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Organisation and Powers of Public Authorities in Suppressing Organised Crime, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Organisation and Powers of Public Authorities in War Crimes Proceedings, as well as the Bill on the Organisation and Powers of Public Authorities in Suppressing High Technology Crime.
Also to be discussed at the session are the University Education Bill, the Deposit Insurance Bill, the Deposit Insurance Agency Bill, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Insurance Act and the Bill on the Bankruptcy and Liquidation of Banks and Insurance Companies. The National Assembly is also slated to discuss several Bills on providing counter-guarantees of the Republic of Serbia to Serbia and Montenegro for obligations arising from loans made by European banks to finance reconstruction projects, as well as the Bill on NFA and TDFA Debt Restructuring through Issue of Republic of Serbia Bonds, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Value Added Tax Act, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Tax Procedure and Tax Administration Act, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Customs Act, and the Customs Tariffs Bill.

The National Assembly is also to discuss the Competition Protection Bill, the Advertising Bill, the Ombudsman Bill and the Bill Amending and Modifying the Labour Act.
The deputies are also to discuss the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on Lien over Movable Property Entered into the Registry, the Bill Amending and Modifying the Act on the Registration of Commercial Entities, as well as the Public Administration Bill and the Civil Servants Bill.
