Seventh Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2013 Convened

Today, at the request of 141 MPs, National Assembly Deputy Speaker Vesna Kovac convened the Seventh Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2013, for Tuesday, 25 June 2013, starting at 2 pm.


The request to hold the extraordinary session specifies an agenda bearing nine items: Ombudsman’s 2012 Regular Annual Report, submitted by the Ombudsman, accompanied by the Conclusion Proposal of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government of 8 May 2013, Conclusion Proposal of the Committee on Human and Minority Rights and Gender Equality of 24 May 2013, Conclusion Proposal of the Committee on Labour, Social Issues, Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction of 29 May 2013 and the Conclusion Proposal of the Committee on the Rights of the Child of 31 May 2013; Commissioner for Protection of Equality 2012 Regular Annual Report, submitted by the Commissioner for Protection of Equality, accompanied by the Conclusion Proposal of the Committee on Human and Minority Rights and Gender Equality of 24 May 2013 and the Conclusion Proposal of the Committee on Labour, Social Issues, Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction of 29 May 2013; Report on the implementation of the Law on Free Access to Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection Law in 2012, submitted by the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, accompanied by the Conclusion Proposal of the Culture and Information Committee of 24 June 1013 and the Conclusion Proposal of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government of 24 June 2013; State Audit Institution 2012 Activity Report, submitted by the State Audit Institution, accompanied by the Conclusion Proposal of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending of 19 June 2013; Anti-Corruption Agency 2012 Annual Activity Report, submitted by the Anti-Corruption Agency, accompanied by the Conclusion Proposal of the Committee on the Judiciary, Public Administration and Local Self-Government of 24 June 2013; National Judiciary Reform Strategy Proposal for the period 2013-2018, submitted by the Government; National Anti-Corruption Strategy Proposal in the Republic of Serbia for the period 2013 to 2018, submitted by the Government; Proposal of the Decision on the Dismissal and Appointment of a Substitute Member of the Republic Electoral Commission, submitted by the Democratic Party of Serbia – Vojislav Kostunica Parliamentary Group and the Proposal of the Decision amending the Decision on the Election of Members and Deputy Members of the Committees of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, submitted by the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group.

The Session will be held at the House of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 13 Nikola Pasic Square.
