Seventeenth Sitting of the Local Self-Government Committee
At the sitting held on 21 June, the members of the Local Self-Government Committee considered, in detail, the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Financing of Local Self-Government, submitted by a group of 24 deputies of the United Regions of Serbia Parliamentary Group.
The sitting was attended by the Head of the United Regions of Serbia Parliamentary Group and representative of the submitters Mladjan Dinkic, as well as representatives of the Standing Conference of Towns and Municipalities.
The deputies had submitted 32 amendments to the Bill. The representative of the submitters and the Committee members accepted 9 of the amendments, including and amendment amending article 2 of the Bill submitted by deputy Edip Serifov.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Jovan Palalic.
