The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic, convened the Second Sitting of the First Regular Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia in 2010, for Tuesday, 30 March 2010, starting at 10 a.m.

The Assembly Speaker proposed that 90 items be considered at the session, viz.: Bill amending and modifying the Refugee Law, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Regional Development, Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Right to Free Shares and Monetary Compensation Exercised by Citizens Within the Process of Privatisation, Bill amending and modifying the Law on the Privatisation Agency, Metrology Bill, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Securities and Other Financial Instruments Market and Bill on Central Registry for Mandatory Social Security.

Bill on Protection from Exposure to Tobacco Smoke, Bill on Medicines and Medical Devices, as well as Bill on Forests, Bill on Recognition of Agricultural Plant Varieties, Bill on Beer, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Veterinary Practice, Bill on Organic Production and Bill on Advisory and Expert Services in the Field of Agriculture were also proposed for consideration.

The Assembly Speaker proposed that the following also be considered: Bill amending and modifying the Law on General Constitutional Procedures, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Official Use of Languages and Scripts, Bill amending and modifying the Act on Publication of Laws and other Enactments and on Publication of the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Postal Services, Bill amending and modifying the Law on Commemoration of Day of Mourning on the Territory of the Republic of Serbia and the Proposal of the Decision on Proclaiming the Old and Rare Book of Extreme Importance.
