Second Sitting of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy
At the sitting held on 4 November 2022, the members of the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy reviewed the Bill amending and modifying the Republic of Serbia 2022 Budget Law, in the parts concerning the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Mining and Energy, Ministry of Domestic and Foreign Trade and Ministry of Tourism and Youth.
The Committee adopted the Bill amending and modifying the Republic of Serbia 2022 Budget Law by majority vote.
The Committee went on to consider the Energy Agency 2021 Annual Activity Report, submitted by the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia, and the Commission for Protection of Competition 2021 Annual Activity Report, submitted by the Commission for Protection of Competition.
The Energy Agency 2021 Annual Activity Report, submitted by the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia, was presented by Dejan Popovic, President of the Energy Agency Council.
Following a debate the Committee unanimously adopted a conclusion on the Energy Agency 2021 Annual Activity Report, submitted by the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia.
The Commission for Protection of Competition 2021 Annual Activity Report, submitted by the Commission for Protection of Competition, was presented by the President of the Commission for Protection of Competition Nebojsa Peric.
Following a debate, the Committee members adopted a conclusion on the Protection of Competition 2021 Annual Activity Report, submitted by the Commission for Protection of Competition.
Finally, the Committee selected a delegation to take part in the Energy Community Parliamentary Plenum, to be held on 5 and 6 December 2022 in Vienna, Austria. The delegation will comprise: MA Dejan Radenkovic, Dr Aleksandra Tomic, Miodrag Gavrilovic and Zoran Sandic.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Dr Zivan Bajic, Radovan Tvrdisic, Veroljub Arsic, Dr Aleksandra Tomic, Zoran Tomic, Zeljko Veselinovic, Nikola Radosavljevic, Zagorka Aleksic, Miodrag Gavrilovic, Zoran Sandic, Pavle Grbovic, Tijana Davidovic and Snezana Paunovic.
