In the previous legislature, the Committee formulated and forwarded to the National Assembly for consideration and ruling, the following: Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Securities Commission 2024 Financial Plan Proposal; Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Republic of Serbia Energy Agency 2024 Financial Plan Proposal; Proposal of the Decision to grant consent to the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media 2024 Financial Plan Proposal; Report on the considered State Audit Institution 2022 Activity Report, with accompanying Conclusion Proposal; Report on the considered Fiscal Council 2022 Activity Report, with accompanying Conclusion Proposal; Report on the considered State Aid Control Commission 2022 Activity Report, with accompanying Conclusion Proposal; Report on the considered Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures 2022 Activity Report, with accompanying Conclusion Proposal; Report on the considered Report on 2022 Monitoring conducted by the Public Procurement Office, with accompanying Conclusion Proposal; Report on the considered Securities Commission 2022 Annual Activity Report, with accompanying Conclusion Proposal and the Report on the considered Agency for the Prevention of Corruption 2022 Activity Report, with accompanying Conclusion Proposal.

Committee Chairman Veroljub Arsic informed the Committee members that the National Assembly not considering said acts could leave financial consequences on the abovementioned institutions. In order for these acts to enter Assembly procedure and be considered at one of the coming National Assembly sessions, the Committee members granted consent to the Committee Chairman, by majority vote, to send a memo on the matter to the National Assembly Speaker and National Assembly Secretary General.

The Committee went on to complete a joint debate on items 2 to 5 on the agenda: State Aid Control Commission 2023 Activity Report, Proposal for the Adjustment of the State Aid Control Commission 2024 Financial Plan, Proposal amending of the State Aid Control Commission 2024 Financial Plan and the Rulebook on Internal Organisation and Job Systematisation at the State Aid Control Commission, presented to the Committee members by Deputy President of the State Aid Control Commission Dusica Djordjevic and Dragica Jorgovic, member of the Council of the State Aid Control Commission.

Following the debate the Committee members adopted the State Aid Control Commission 2023 Activity Report, Proposal for the Adjustment of the State Aid Control Commission 2024 Financial Plan, Proposal amending of the State Aid Control Commission 2024 Financial Plan and the Rulebook on Internal Organisation and Job Systematisation at the State Aid Control Commission.

At the end of the meeting, the Committee members adopted the Decision on the Establishment of the Subcommittee for the Consideration of Reports on Audits Conducted by the State Audit Institution in the following composition: Dr Zivan Bajic, as Subcommittee Chairman, and as members: MA Svetlana Milijic, Nenad Krstic, Branko Pavlovic and Dr Nenad Mitrovic.
