SPEAKER OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY RECEIVES THE AMBASSADOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF CUBA
At the meeting today, the Speaker of the National Assembly, Dr Oliver Dulic and the Ambassador of Cuba, Julio Cesar Kansio Ferrer, deemed that Serbia and Cuba have very close relations and planned the further improvement of the cooperation of the two countries.

Ambassador Ferrer stressed the importance of parliamentary cooperation expressing hope that the two parliaments will soon sign an agreement of cooperation thus improving their relations.
The Speaker of the National Assembly presented the Cuban Ambassador with the Proposal of the Declaration of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia on the Censure of the blockade and isolation of the Republic of Cuba by the United States of America that the Members of Parliament are to vote on and invited him to attend the part of the session where the Declaration will be discussed.
