Petitions and Proposals Committee Chairman Visits Zmajevo Municipality

The Chairman of the Committee on Petitions and Proposals, Sasa Dujovic visited the Municipality of Zmajevo yesterday, 10 May.



The Chairman of the Committee on Petitions and Proposals, Sasa Dujovic visited the Municipality of Zmajevo yesterday, 10 May. The reason for the visit was the petition submitted by the small shareholders of eight agricultural cooperatives who addressed the Committee to point out the problems arisen from their privatisation.

Dujovic addressed the gathering of about one hundred small shareholders of A.D. Zmajevo and afterwards talked to the representatives of the eight agricultural cooperatives. At the end of the meeting it was concluded that the Committee on Petitions and Proposals should meet with the representatives of the eight agricultural cooperatives so that they could present the facts of their case and submit additional documentation that would allow taking further steps and resolving the problems listed in the petition.
