Ninth Sitting of the Security Services Control Committee

The Security Services Control Committee held its ninth sitting, closed to the public, on 11 April 2023.


The Committee adopted decisions on the conduct of supervisory visits to the security services and their regional centres to be realised in the coming period.

In line with its authority prescribed by the Law on the Basis Regulating Security Services of the Republic of Serbia, during the supervisory visits, on a random sampling principle, the Committee delegation members shall supervise the legality of the application of special procedures and measures for secret data gathering in line with the Criminal Procedure Code and the application of special procedures in line with the Law on the Security Information Agency, as well as the application of special procedures in line with the Law on the Military Security and Military Intelligence Agency.

The sitting was chaired over by Committee Chairman MA Igor Becic, and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Aleksandar Mirkovic, Nenad Tomasevic, Vladimir Gajic, Aleksandar Markovic and Ugljesa Markovic.
