Ninth Sitting of the Constitutional Issues Committee
On 22 December 2010, the Constitutional Issues Committee held a sitting to consider the resignation tendered by Prof. Dr Zorica Mrsevic to the post of Deputy Ombudsperson. Without debate, the Committee noted the existence of sufficient grounds for the termination of the office of Prof. Dr Zorica Mrsevic, deputy Ombudsperson, due to resignation and decided to submit the appropriate Decision Proposal to the National Assembly to be debated under urgent procedure.
