The Serbian Progressive Party Parliamentary Group nominated Ivana Janackovic, Bachelor of Laws from Belgrade. Committee Chairperson Snezana B. Petrovic reminded the Committee members that the Governmental commission for the conduct of the competition for the election of director has five members, one of which is appointed by the Committee on the Economy, Regional Development, Trade, Tourism and Energy, for a three-year period.

Following the interview, the Committee members appointed, by majority vote, Ivana Janackovic member of the Governmental commission for the conduct of the competition for the election of director, and also by majority vote decided that the Decision of Appointment be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairperson Snezana B. Petrovic.
