Ninth Sitting of the Committee on Labour, Social Issues, Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction

At the sitting held on 25 June 2021, the Committee on Labour, Social Issues, Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction considered the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Financial Support for Families with Children in detail.

Of the five amendments submitted to the Bill, the Committee accepted the amendment submitted to Article 14 by the Government and the amendment submitted to Article 21 by MP Milanka Jevtovic Vukojicic, and proposed that the National Assembly adopt said amendments.

The Committee went on to consider and accept the proposal of the Woking Group for civic petitions and proposals.

Under any other business, Milanka Jevtovic Vukojicic informed the Committee that the sitting of the Social Policy and Poverty Reduction Monitoring Subcommittee, In Charge of the Fourth Group of Least Developed and Devastated Municipalities and the Territory of AP Kosovo-Metohija planned to be held on the territory of AP Kosovo-Metohija, has been postponed for security reasons.

The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Radovan Tvrdisic and attended by the following Committee members and deputy members: Bratimir Vasiljevic, Vesna Knezevic, Milija Miletic, Miroslav Kondic, Milenka Jevtovic Vukojicic, Ana Carapic, Smilja Tisma and Milenka Subic.
