Ninth Sitting of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues
At the sitting held on 28 May, the members of the Committee on Constitutional and Legislative Issues considered the amendments to the Bill amending and modifying the Personal Income Tax Law and the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Contributions for Mandatory Social Security Insurance, submitted by the Government.
To the Bill amending and modifying the Personal Income Tax Law, the MPs had submitted 10 amendments, and the Committee members found all the amendments compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia, except for the amendment jointly submitted to article 1 by MPs Sulejman Ugljanin, Sabina Dazdarevic and Enis Imamovic, which the Committee rejected as incomplete.
The Committee also found all 15 of the amendments submitted to the Bill amending and modifying the Law on Contributions for Mandatory Social Security Insurance compliant with the Constitution and legal system of the Republic of Serbia, except for the amendment jointly submitted to article 1 by MPs Sulejman Ugljanin, Sabina Dazdarevic and Enis Imamovic, which the Committee rejected as incomplete.
The sitting was chaired by Committee Chairman Dr Aleksandar Martinovic.
