National Assembly Speaker Talks to Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency Chairman

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic, received today the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Nebojsa Radmanovic.



The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic, received today the Chairman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Nebojsa Radmanovic.

It was estimated that further intensification of cooperation between the two parliaments, particularly regarding their surveillance roles, is in the countries’ mutual interest, bringing the region closer to the European Union.

Presidency Chairman Radmanovic stressed that Bosnia and Herzegovina is interested in intensifying cooperation with Serbia in all areas possible, as it is in their mutual interest to think about the future and leave the past to the historians.

National Assembly Speaker Djukic-Dejanovice stated that, following the recent successful visit to Belgrade by the Bosnia and Herzegovina parliamentary delegation headed by its Speaker Beriz Belkic, she is ready to visit Sarajevo and thus give her contribution to the development of specific types of cooperation between the two parliaments.
