National Assembly Speaker Meets with Indonesian Ambassador to Serbia
The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic met today with Indonesian Ambassador to Serbia Mochammad Chandra Widya Yudha.
Ambassador Mochammad Chandra Widya Yudha agreed that the cooperation between the two parliaments is exceptionally good, taking the opportunity to reiterate the invitation of the Speaker of the Indonesian House of Representatives Puan Maharani to Ivica Dacic to visit Indonesia and take part in the 144th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, scheduled to take place 20-24 March 2022 in Bali.
The Assembly Speaker thanked the Ambassador for repeating the invitation, but had to beg out due to engagements in the country which would make it impossible for him to take part in the upcoming IPU Assembly in the friendly country. He also took the opportunity to once again thank Indonesia for its principled position on the Kosovo-Metohija issue.
