National Assembly Speaker Convenes Fourth Extraordinary Session for 9 June

The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dacic convened the Fourth Extraordinary Session of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 12th Legislature, for Wednesday, 9 June 2021, starting at 10 am.


In their request, the 240 MPs proposed the following agenda:

  1. Bill on the National Database for the Prevention and Fight against Terrorism, submitted by the Government (No. 011-835/21 of 13 May 2021);
  2. Bill on Granting Guarantee of the Republic of Serbia in Favor of OTP Bank Serbia AD Novi Sad for Payment of Liabilities of Public Company "Srbijagas" Novi Sad on Long Term Loan Agreement for Gasification of Bor and Zajecar Districts and Construction of Distribution Gas Pipeline Paracin-Boljevac-Rgotina-Negotin-Prahovo, submitted by the Government (No. 011-882/21 of 21 May 2021);
  3. Bill on Granting Guarantee of the Republic of Serbia in Favor of OTP Bank Serbia AD Novi Sad for Payment of Liabilities of Public Company "Srbijagas" Novi Sad on Long Term Loan Agreement for the Construction of Distribution Gas Pipeline Leskovac-Vranje, submitted by the Government (No. 011-881/21 of 21 May 2021);
  4. Bill on Granting Guarantee of the Republic of Serbia in Favor of Banca Intesa AD Belgrade for Payment of Liabilities of Public Company "Srbijagas" Novi Sad on Long Term Loan Agreement for Gasification of the Kolubara District and Construction of Construction of Distribution Gas Pipeline Belgrade-Valjevo-Loznica (No. 011-880/21 of 21 May 2021);
  5. Commission for State Aid Control 2020 Activity Report, submitted by the Commission for State Aid Control (No. 02-393/21 of 9 March 2021), accompanied by the Conclusion Proposal of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending of 24 May 2021;
  6. Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures Activity Report for the period 1 January 2020 – 31 December 2020, submitted by the Republic Commission for Protection of Rights in Public Procurement Procedures (No. 02-528/21 of 30 March 2021), accompanied by the Conclusion Proposal of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending of 24 May 2021;
  7. Report on 2020 Monitoring conducted by the Public Procurement Office, submitted by the Public Procurement Office (No. 02-564/21 of 31 March 2021), accompanied by the Conclusion Proposal of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending of 24 May 2021, and
  8. Republic of Serbia Securities Commission 2020 Annual Report, submitted by the Securities Commission (No. 02-769/21 of 29 April 2021), accompanied by the Conclusion Proposal of the Committee on Finance, State Budget and Control of Public Spending of 24 May 2021.
The session will be held in the Grand Hall of the House of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, 13 Nikola Pasic Square.
