The Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic congratulated the Head of the Serbian Orthodox Church, Patriarch Pavle, the church dignitaries, clergy, orthodox faithful and all Serbian citizens who celebrate the holiday according to the Julian calendar, on the great Christian Holiday of Easter.

“It is my hope that in these uncertain and troubled times we will find the strength to overcome all difficulties and that the spirit of tolerance and mutual understanding will triumph in all of us.

I wish You spend the upcoming Easter holidays in spiritual peace and good health, with faith for a better future”, were the Assembly Speaker’s sentiments.
