Paunovic stressed that stronger cooperation between women can contribute to their voices being heard more strongly and that prominent female voices and roles inspire other women to be courageous and to believe in themselves and their abilities.

"Women's different and unique views, skills and experiences are often very important for solving global problems. Above all, issues such as climate change, poverty, health, migration and conflict require coordinated international efforts. Global challenges connect us more and more, joint work is necessary to solve interconnected problems. Therefore, regardless of cultural, political and economic differences, global cooperation becomes necessary to successfully face modern global challenges to achieving common prosperity," said Paunovic.

She added strengthening trust among women promotes greater inclusion in the community and on the labour market, which in turn contributes to greater participation of women not only in the decision-making process and political life, but in other social spheres as well.

"By participating in Forums like this one, women can learn how to fight prejudice, build their own professional networks and become leaders in their fields. Empowered women contribute to the development of society, bringing new perspectives and solutions. Promoting tolerance, empathy and constructive dialogue will contribute to strengthening global ties that are important for mutual understanding, removing barriers and breaking down prejudices. By networking, women of different cultures and nationalities establish a solid base, capable of acting and taking initiatives in solving the specific problems we face today.
