National Assembly Delegation at 149th IPU Assembly

Delegation of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, headed by National Assembly Deputy Speaker Snezana Paunovic is taking part in the 149th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union in Switzerland (Geneva), 12 – 17 October 2024.

The delegation comprises National Assembly Deputy Speaker Edin Djerlek and MPs Mladen Grujic, Ivana Stamatovic, Ivana Rokvic, Prof. Dr Jelena Jerinic and National Assembly Secretary General Srdjan Smiljanic. The Assembly is also attended by Serbian Ambassador to Switzerland Milan Milanovic.

The Inter-Parliamentary Union is the oldest international parliamentary organization and the biggest parliamentary forum dedicated to a dialogue of peace and cooperation between the people, which nurtures and promotes the concept of representative democracy, fosters contacts and considers questions of international importance.
