NARS Speaker Receives Slovak Ambassador

Today, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic received the Ambassador of the Republic of Slovakia to Belgrade H.



Today, the Speaker of the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr Slavica Djukic-Dejanovic received the Ambassador of the Republic of Slovakia to Belgrade H.E. Igor Furdík, in a farewell visit.

Djukic-Dejanovic and Furdík noted that the NARS Speaker’s official visit to Slovakia in February this year contributed to the very fertile cooperation between the Slovak and Serbian parliaments.

The NARS Speaker expressed pleasure at the favourable traditionally friendly and close relations between Serbia and Slovakia and the presence of continued political dialogue on all levels. She was particularly thankful for Slovakia’s support of Serbia’s European integration, as well as Slovakia’s principled and firm support regarding the unilaterally declared independence of Kosovo-Metohija.
